The university expands scientific and academic ties with the United States.
November 26th of this year A round table was held in TashSAU with the participation of Mr. Henry Stoddard, Senior Advisor to the US Department of State, Ms. Susan Wood, Head of Public Affairs of the US Embassy in Uzbekistan, with TashGAU Rector, Academician B. Sulaymanov, Executive Secretary ASNIOCAC A. Tashmatov, and other responsible persons representatives of partner organizations, Tashkent State Agrarian University, Agroinformation and Innovation Center under the Council of farmers of Uzbekistan, farms of the Tashkent region, for the implementation of the grant project:
“Improving the skills and knowledge of Uzbek women farmers in the practice of agribusiness and the exchange of experience.”
This project is implemented with the financial support of the small grants program of the US Embassy in Uzbekistan with the participation of international research centers - members of ASNIOCAC, World Vegetable Center, IWMI, and national research institutions and organizations of Uzbekistan Tashkent State Agrarian University, Center for Agroinformation and Innovations under the Council of farmers of Uzbekistan sent for training and familiarization farmers women with new innovative developments for implementation in production, ensuring high economic efficiency
Within the framework of the project at the Tashkent State Agrarian University, the AGROTECHNOPARK SERVICE center was created at the scientific experimental station to provide services to farmers and agricultural production specialists on innovative technologies for growing crops vegetable growing center and others.
