About faculty



      The Department of "Ornamental Horticulture" is organized on the basis of the Department of Forestry and Ecology in the Faculty of Forestry and Medicinal Plants, according to the Decree No. 311 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 3, 2015Today, professors and teachers of the department conduct lectures and practical classes in special subjects in the direction of undergraduate 5411200 - Decorative gardening and landscaping, in the direction of graduate schools 5A411201 - Gardening of human settlements and landscape design, 5A411202 - Decorative gardening. Graduates who have successfully graduated and received diplomas in the above specialties can work in the field of landscaping and gardening, in the field of forestry, ecology and environmental protection, in the field of gardening roads and railways. The department has 2 doctors of agricultural sciences, professors, 5 associate professors, 1 senior teacher and 5 assistants. Training and industrial practices are conducted under the guidance of professors and teachers of the department in organizations of improvement and gardening of cities in Uzbekistan, as well as in enterprises specializing in the cultivation of planting material of ornamental plants and landscape design.
