Part 1 General rules
1.1. The Code of Ethics of this higher education institution (hereinafter referred to as the University) (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, "On the National Training Program", "Ta Laws "On Education", "On the Fundamentals of State Youth Policy" and "On Principles and Guarantees of Freedom of Information", the relevant laws of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education orders, the Charter of the University, internal regulations and universally recognized moral and ethical principles.
In the development of the "Rules" in the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on education to determine the legal framework for education, upbringing, vocational training of citizens and to ensure the constitutional right of everyone to education, Due to the development and introduction of effective forms and methods of moral education and enlightenment, the main function of the university is to provide education and upbringing.

1.2. The "Rules" come into force after approval by the Academic Council of the University, and changes and additions to them are made by the decision of the Academic Council.

1.3. The "Rules" define the ethical principles, rules of conduct and obligations of the university administration, faculty, staff and students (team members) in the relationship with the university.
1.4 Adherence to the "Rules" is mandatory for all members of the university community.
1.5. Everyone who is a student or a recruiter must read and sign the Rules.
1.6. the university is interested in following the guidelines in its interactions with public, governmental and non-governmental organizations, educational and research institutions, businesses, the media and parents of students.

Part 2 Goals and objectives
2.1. The purpose of the "Rules" is to create a healthy spiritual and socio-psychological environment at the university, to preserve its prestige and prestige, to assist in the training of highly qualified personnel who meet the highest spiritual and moral requirements. to further enhance its prestige in society and in the education system.
2.2. The main tasks of the "Rules":
- has high spiritual and moral qualities, feels responsible to society, the state and the family, correctly understands the domestic and foreign policy of the state, is patriotic and nationalistic, enterprising and entrepreneurial, armed with modern knowledge and to train specialists with strong human will, strong will, whole faith and a clear conscience;
- formation, maintenance and protection of moral immunity of members of the university community;
- to prevent any actions aimed at violating morals among young people, including the promotion of violence, obscenity and cruelty, including the destruction of young people from alcoholism and drug addiction, various other deadly threats, as well as religious and extremist influences, to help protect against the attacks of the lower "mass culture".

Part 3. General Code of Conduct for Team Members
3.1. At the university, solidarity, mutual trust, respect, mutual care and solidarity are important conditions for the interaction of team members.
3.2. The basic principle of reciprocity at the university is that the rights of one person should not infringe on the rights of another, including the freedom of speech of a team member to slander, insult, demonstratively disregard the generally accepted rules of conduct in the relationship does not guarantee the right to use obscene language, freedom of religion does not guarantee the right to come to the University in religious ceremonial attire, freedom of dress does not guarantee the right to negatively affect the educational process in the educational institution, and so on.
3.3. The members of the team wear metal chains, pins, etc., which show the body in a transparent way, attracting people's attention to the university. it is forbidden to come in sportswear and shoes, with various beads on the body. Team members should be in the middle of the university and come dressed as they are.
3.4. In order to respect the honor and dignity of the members of the team and to carefully preserve the spiritual heritage of our people, it is strictly forbidden for members of the team to disrespect each other, use obscene language and call each other "you" at the university. it should become a habit to apply.
3.5. members of the university community must treat speakers at various events (meetings, ceremonial gatherings, practical meetings, celebrations) with respect and peace of mind. If necessary, one speaker may leave the room during a break before he or she can finish speaking.
3.6. When there is congestion at the entrances to buildings, students have to let faculty and staff pass, and men have to let women pass before them.
3.7. Everyone entering the building must present an identity document to the person in charge of access to the building or to the person on duty.

3.8. Team members must walk on the right side of the road on campus. It is recommended that students greet each other when they meet, including students, faculty, staff, men, women, and young adults. The exception to this is a handshake, which can only be answered by an adult after the first handshake.
3.9. It is prohibited to post on the Internet or use it for any purpose that is not in line with national and universal values ​​or related to the internal problems of the university.
3.10. Preparation, storage, distribution and promotion of non-university information on computers, as well as various films, illegal religious information, obscene images, any material that promotes national, racial, ethnic, religious hatred 'iyan is forbidden.

Part 4. The relationship between faculty and students in the educational process
4.1. The interaction between faculty and students in the educational process should be based on the national tradition of "teacher-student".
4.2. When the professor enters the auditorium, all students should stand up, greet, and then take their seats.
4.3. The use of mobile phones during classes is prohibited for all.
4.4. If a student interferes with the class through his / her misconduct, the professor may notify the dean's office of the situation and, with his / her permission, expel the student from the class.
4.5. If a student needs to communicate with a professor outside of class, the student should follow these rules:
- The professor-teacher engages with the student in the lessons according to the schedule, during consultation hours, independent work, assignment of rating control or by mutual agreement;
- Must know the position, name, patronymic and surname of the professor with whom he / she wants to communicate.


Part 5. Professor-teacher relations
5.1. The principles of unity, mutual respect and attention, friendship, solidarity, honesty and justice should be observed in the relations between professors and teachers.
5.2. Disrespect for human dignity, discrimination, misappropriation of intellectual property, rudeness, use of obscene language, fights, moral, material or physical harm to others in the relationship between professors and teachers strictly prohibited.

Part 6. Duties of employees.

6.1. Strict adherence to the University Charter and Internal Regulations;
6.2. To perform his / her duties conscientiously and not to tarnish his / her honor;
6.3. Interact with university staff, students, and others with whom you interact at work;
6.4. Observance of rules on labor protection, safety and industrial sanitation;
6.5. Adherence to the dress code, non-wearing of worship clothes (wrapped) on the territory of the university, including classrooms and other buildings and outdoors (Article 184-1 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan) ) or not walking in eye-catching clothing;
6.6. Careful handling of university departments, faculties, departments and laboratory property.

Part 7. Student interaction
7.1. The principles of unity, mutual respect and consideration, friendship, solidarity, honesty and justice should be followed in the relations of students.
7.2. Disrespect for human dignity, humiliation of personality, misappropriation of intellectual property, rudeness, use of obscene language, fights, causing moral, material or physical harm to others are strictly prohibited in student relations. are given.
