According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan from June 5, 2018 "On additional measures to improve the quality of education in higher education institutions and ensure their active participation in the country's comprehensive reform" In pursuance of the Resolution of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of July 28, 2017 and number 670, the order of the rector of our university from August 4, 2018, is accepted 1-9-6 / 536 done. Adopted by the Order of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 28, 2018, № 670, "Standard Regulations on the Procedure of Organizing the Activities of Public Councils under the Higher Education Institution" done. On the basis of this Standard Provision, the Regulation "On the order of the organization of the Public Council under the Tashkent State Agrarian University" was developed. The regular meeting of the Council, expanded on 29 August 2018, was held. The rector of the University, academician B.A Sulaymonov spoke at the opening of the scientific council, first of all welcoming the participants with the holiday of the 27th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan and dwelt on the celebration of the University Day;
The Academic Council reviewed the issues that should be implemented in the 2018-2019 academic year;

─On the quality of training sessions on educational programs, the formation of academic groups, training sessions in the faculty on the basis of approved normative documents
─The correct distribution of educational materials in departments and departments on the basis of normative requirements, rational distribution and time division allocation

─The study of the plan of events on spiritual-enlightenment issues, the analysis and the conduct of these events.
