     Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 22, 2017 N PP-2848 On measures to implement the project “Strengthening the material and technical base of higher educational institutions” with the participation of the International Development Association and the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan On amendments and additional decisions of the government of the Republic of Uzbekistan (decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 20, 2017 No. pp-2909 “On measures for the further development of the higher education system” and dated January 16, 2019 No. pp-4119 “On additional measures to improve the quality control system of education”), Annex 5 to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On amendments and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan" ("On measures to further develop the system of higher education" Resolutions No. pq-2909 of April 20, 2017 and "On additional measures to improve the system of quality control of education" (pq-4119 of January 16, 2019) and Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on measures to implement the project "Strengthening the material and technical base of higher education institutions" with the participation of the International Development Association, the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 12, 2020 No 4805 "On measures to improve the quality of continuing education and scientific efficiency in the field of" Chemistry and Biology " A lot of work is being done on the basis of the decision to ensure the implementation of Article 19 of the program. To date, some exemplary work has been done to develop the chemical and biological sciences. In particular, our department contributes to the further development of laboratory equipment.

The mission of the department is to coordinate and control the activities of university educational laboratories:

• Ensuring and monitoring the implementation of the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Education, Presidential Decrees, Orders, Resolutions, Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers, Board Decisions, orders, letters of recommendation, modemograms and departments of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education ;
• To inform students about the content of decrees and resolutions adopted by the President and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• Concluding and implementing mutually beneficial cooperation agreements with the University in the field of enterprises, organizations, private enterprises and firms;
• Preparation of draft normative documents on relevant issues;
• Organization of training seminars, exhibitions and meetings, competitions on the use of equipment with the participation of university staff and leaders;
• Participate in the issuance of expert opinions (on the basis of requirements and contracts) on the compliance of each type of training equipment manufactured at local enterprises on the basis of approved specifications with the terms of reference, safety and standard requirements, as well as other normative technical documents;
• ЎPractical assistance in organizing the use and maintenance of equipment in the training workshops and laboratories, as well as imported equipment, tools and other technical means in the educational process in accordance with the rules and regulations in force;
• Monitoring the effective use of existing equipment, teaching and laboratory equipment and workshop equipment at the University in the educational process;
• Participate in the modernization and modernization of special science rooms, laboratories and equipment of the University in accordance with the requirements of state educational standards;
• Participate in inspections of the complex activities of the University, prepare references and information, summarize and submit to the management in the prescribed manner;
• Organize the creation and regular updating of a categorized database on the use of existing equipment, workshop equipment and teaching and laboratory equipment in the educational process at the University;
• Participate in determining the technical condition of educational and laboratory equipment, visual aids and conclusions on their further use;
• It is proposed to evaluate the activities of employees of the department, to encourage employees who are constantly achieving their full potential and show initiative, to recommend appropriate awards, otherwise to apply disciplinary measures;
