The correspondence department of the Tashkent State Agrarian University has been implementing the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Education" and the "National Program of Personnel Training" from the 2018-2019 academic year, In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 21, 2017 N 930 "On measures to improve the training of engineers and technical personnel for industrial production in Tashkent region" dated July 27, 2017 N PP-3153 approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the order of organization of correspondence (private correspondence) education in the higher educational institution". According to the Regulation on the organization of correspondence (special correspondence) education in the higher education institution, correspondence (correspondence) education at our university is based on the acceptance quotas approved by the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a special correspondence form, the second one and the subsequent higher education data.
Nowadays, more than 700 students are enrolled in the correspondence section of the university in the following areas:
In the form of correspondence:
- 5410200 - Agronomy (by types of farming products);
- 54110100 – Agro chemistry and agrotechnology;
- 5410300 - Plant protection (by types of crops);
- 5411500 - Quarantine of plants and agricultural products;
- 5410500 - Technology of storage and primary processing of agricultural products (by types of products);
- 5411000 - Plant and Viticulture;
- 5411600 - Vegetable growing, horticulture and potato growing;
- 5410800 - Forestry
- 5410900 – Silkworm and breeding;
- 5410607- Zooinjeneriya fishing;
In the form of correspondence:
- 5410900 - Silkworming and breeding;
Secondary education and post-graduate education:
- 5230100 -Economics (in branches and industries);
- 5230400 - Marketing (in branches and industries);

Admission to correspondence (special correspondence) education:
Acceptance of students to correspondence (special correspondence) education is carried out in accordance with the Regulation on admission of students to bachelor's degrees of higher educational institutions, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan № 393 of June 20, 2017.
- - In correspondence form - Successful passing tests (entrance exams) of relevant documents on general secondary (based on 10-11 grades), secondary special, professional education;
- - Special correspondence form - at least three years of practical work in the field of education, profession, positions in the field of special secondary and vocational education and training only in relevant or equivalent education (pedagogy Successful passing tests (entrance examinations or vocational training) with recommendations from relevant ministries and agencies that have a pedagogical internship;
- - The second and subsequent higher education content - higher education (if the foreign higher education institution graduated, the higher education certificate is recognized in the prescribed manner (nostrification Applicants who have successfully passed the test (entrance exams or professional interview) are accepted.
Duration of reading in correspondence (special correspondence) education:
- in correspondence - at least 5 years;
- Special correspondence form - at least 3 years;
- In the form of correspondence on the second and following higher education - at least 3 years. At the same time, regardless of the difference in disciplines in study curriculum, the bachelor program begins with the 2nd grade.
