Regional Director for Central Asia of Elsevier visited Tashkent State Agrarian University
The meeting with Aliya Ospanova, the regional director of Elsevier for Central Asia, was attended by the professor and teachers, and junior scientific researchers of Tashkent state agrarian university and its branches.
During the meeting, Aliya Ospanova exchanged views on the use of the world's most prestigious scientific and analytical rating platforms (Scopus, ScienceDirect and Mendeley), the possibility of rating authors, scientific journals, organizations, and universities.
For information: Elsevier is the largest scientific database in the world today. The mission of the organization is to develop science around the world, which brings together more than 5,000 publications and 23,000 scientific journals and is used by more than 7 million researchers worldwide. The Elsevier database covers the most educated and most cited scientific journals in 2019.
