A new approach to the training of middle-level personnel

Innovation, advanced smart technologies entering the agricultural sector today are putting new tasks in front of the managers of the agricultural sector. In particular, the training of middle-level personnel, improving the knowledge and skills of existing personnel has become one of the most urgent issues today. Therefore, the training of qualified personnel in the agricultural sector, in particular, specialists in the process of higher and further education, improving their qualifications is becoming one of the tasks that cannot be delayed. As a result of this, the Minister of Agriculture Ibrahim Abdurahmanov visited Yangiyol Technical College of Agro-Technology at Tashkent State Agrarian University in order to get acquainted with the quality of education and its effectiveness, as well as the conditions created for young people. It should be said that according to the decision of the head of our state No. PQ-4975 dated February 3, 2021, the Yangiyol Technical College of Agro-Technology, established under the Tashkent State Agrarian University, is designed for 900 places, and currently provides food for a total of 381 students. food industry, winemaking, product processing, computer engineering, accounting and auditing, and digital technologies are being taught. During the visit, the material and technical base of the technical school, classrooms, available training manuals and equipment were familiarized. After that, the work carried out in the institution was studied by the scientific staff, and the issues of training qualified personnel, in particular, mid-level specialists, were discussed. The Minister, in his turn, getting acquainted with the conditions in this educational institution, noted that the activity of educational and methodological manuals and educational workshops does not correspond to the requirements of today's time, there are old teaching methods, as well as the fact that it has been opened Although it was not, he noted that it is completely impossible to prepare knowledgeable personnel for the agricultural sector with such outdated material and technical base of the technical school. Consequently, a task was given to those responsible for improving the quality of education in the technical school, eliminating existing problems and their solutions, and measures were determined for the work to be carried out. He noted that the most important thing is the training of middle-level personnel who can directly implement the science and apply it in the fields.
