Studies of the factors influencing the preservation of pear fruit in pandemic conditions
It is known that today people all over the world suffer from the COVID-19 virus, however, the uninterrupted supply of food to the population, including high-quality, vitamin-rich fruits and vegetables remains a pressing issue. Therefore, conducting field experiments based on science-based methods is an important issue in addressing these issues.
For this purpose, under the leadership of doctoral student of Tashkent State Agrarian University A.Sh. Azizov, head of the department of "Storage and processing of fruits and grapes" of the Research Institute of Horticulture, Viticulture and Enology named after Academician Mahmud Mirzaev N.Djalilov and researcher of the institute J.Gafurov ECO AGRO, one of the leading enterprises of Tashkent region, which cultivates local varieties of pears “Lesnaya krasavitsa” and imported varieties “Deveci”, “Abate Vettel”, “Margret”, “Etrushka”, is conducting field experiments on “Study of the impact of pear cultivation on its survival”. CHROMOS LLC conducts research on the effect of mechanical variability, chemical composition of fruits on the growth phase of pears in the field during the growth phase with the use of special protective paper bags for fruit.
