The rector of Tashkent State Agrarian University held an open dialogue with the teaching staff of the Faculty of Agrologistics and Business

At the organized open dialogue, first of all, the problems that are troubling the teaching staff were listened to one by one, and together with finding solutions, the shortcomings that are being made were critically discussed. During the conversation with the teaching staff, it was discussed about increasing the number of scientific articles, establishing academic exchanges, organizing an "Open Doors" day, organizing and developing a center for digital technologies at the university, implementing a mechanism for encouraging teachers with high performance, and establishing the "Teacher-Student" system. It was also emphasized the need to expand scientific research on the marketing, logistics, and economics of agricultural products. Proposals were made to introduce new technological solutions into the educational process. As a result of the open dialogue, the needs of the teaching staff were taken into account and important steps were identified for the development of the university.
