Dear women and sisters!
From all my heart, I congratulate you on March 8 - International Women's Day!
One of the priority tasks of our state and society are increasing the role and place of women in society, protecting their rights and interests, creating necessary conditions in order to become educated, modern specialists and qualified professionals, caring maternal and child health.
With the initiative of the President of our country, special attention is paid to increase the role of women in society, the level of their activity in social and political life, and most importantly, their role in upbringing a healthy generation. That is why they are our greatest and dearest riches - they have been contributing to strengthening our independence with their active participation in the large-scale reforms which are implemented in the country. This can be seen in the example of women who are honest and enthusiastic, intelligent, and capable of leadership in various fields. They are not only mothers and housewives, but also entrepreneurs and leaders, deputies and educators, doctors and scientists who are making a worthy contribution to our society. We are very pleased that there are women from our university among them.
More than 500 women work at Tashkent state agrarian university. More than 1,500 student girls are currently studying. It is worth to be proud that our female professor and teachers, and talented students have had the medal "Do'stlik", the badge of "Mo'tabar ayol", the winners of Zulfiya state prize and State scholarship of Islam Karimov and Beruni.
Dear mothers, lovely sisters. Once again, I congratulate you on the spring holiday. I wish you health, longevity and success in your future endeavours. Keep smiling on your face. Let beauty and tenderness never leave you.
