Tashkent State Agrarian University hosted a conference aimed at supporting sectors of sustainable production of agricultural products.

This conference was held on April 21 of this year with the  of Tashkent State Agrarian University and Tashkent State Economic University within the framework of the project "Aimed at improving the process of higher education in Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, supporting sectors that ensure sustainable production of high-quality agricultural products" (AgroDev).

The online conference was attended by representatives of relevant government agencies (Ministry of Higher and secondary Special Education, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of economic development, standardization Agency, Ministry of Health, etc.), industry associations and the private sector-producers, processing specialists and exporters of agricultural products.

The purpose of this conference is to review the results and conclusions of the review analysis prepared to identify the conditions and problems that will be taken into account in the development of new educational modules for agricultural curricula in Uzbekistan.

This conference is organized by the consortium "AgroDev", headed by the Latvian University of Natural Sciences and technologies, and is funded by the European Union's ERASMUS+ program.
