An exhibition area of the Xinjiang Agricultural Academy of China will be created in the educational and experimental farm of the Tashkent State Agrarian University

  On September 12 of this year, Tashkent State Agrarian University received a delegation from the People's Republic of China headed by Mr. Zhaodeti Abuduhadeer, Vice President of Xinjiang Agricultural Academy. The participants of the 8-person delegation were the leaders of various research institutes of this academy, as well as representatives of China Agrarian University and China's largest seed company "Jiusheng seed industry Co."

  The main purpose of the delegation's visit is to organize a demonstration area and an exhibition area for the cultivation, storage and processing of agricultural products. This visit served as a response to the visit of the delegation led by the first vice-rector of Tashkent State Agrarian University Sahib Islamov to Urumqi city this year at the invitation of the Xinjiang Agricultural Academy.

  The main purpose of the delegation visit is to organize a demostrative area and organize an exhibition area for the cultivation, storage and processing of agricultural products.

  Also, another purpose of the meeting is to prepare a joint project between the academy and the agrarian university for the development of research approaches, to create a demonstration - training base for students and specialists of the agrarian sphere in Uzbekistan for the exchange of knowledge and conducting joint events. In addition, it is envisaged to create an exhibition space on the territory of the educational and experimental farm of the Tashkent State Agrarian University.

The ground allocated to this plaza was inaugurated.

Also, both parties exchanged views on what to plant in which area in the future, and it was agreed with the First Vice-Rector of our university on which crops to plant in which area in the future and their introduction.

It was specially noted that the representatives of the Chinese Academy and Agrarian University intend to jointly implement long-term projects on the cultivation of plants, their preservation and processing. It was also stated that such projects can be implemented in other 5 areas of agricultural science.
The guests said that the Academy of Agricultural Sciences has more than 1,000 employees, who are ready to conduct research in cooperation with scientists of our university.
The representatives of China Agrarian University offered cooperation in the field of mechanization and automation of agriculture, as well as expansion of opportunities by organizing cooperation between the faculties of economics between Tashkent State Agrarian University and China Agrarian University.
The willingness of the seed company to cooperate bilaterally with our university was specially noted. The main goal is to evaluate the seed material produced by this company by the scientists of our university and to assist in carrying out research on adaptation to the conditions of Uzbekistan.
After the fruitful meeting, the guests visited the laboratories of the agricultural products storage and processing, animal husbandry and agrobiology faculties of the university. When visiting these faculties, representatives of Chinese science, education and practice highly appreciated the teaching process and the educational and technical potential of our university. The guests were convinced that the university works with many foreign programs and implements successful joint projects.

Later, the guests visited the training farm, where they saw a farm school, greenhouses, and various experimental plots. During the acquaintance with these objects, the guests expressed their readiness to cooperate with our university using the potential of the university, including the territory of the educational and experimental economy.

Further deepening and expansion of our university's cooperation with the Xinjiang Agricultural Academy and Chinese universities serves to prepare and implement research and educational projects for the participation of professors, doctoral students and students of the Tashkent State Agrarian University.
