This meeting is an important step for new students to adapt to university life and feel comfortable, which will serve to establish an effective educational process in the future. The rector of the university, N. Oblomuradov, calls on students to be responsible and use all opportunities to build their future. The main purpose of holding the meeting is to congratulate the newly admitted students and familiarize them with the activities of the university, provide detailed information about distance learning processes, the curriculum and technical capabilities, and establish an open dialogue between students and the university leadership. At the “Meeting of the Leader and Youth”, the chairman of the Nuroniylar Council of the university, Professor Hamidullo Sheraliyev, expressed his views on the importance of responsibility, patriotism and education in life for young people. Also, university professor, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, holder of the “Higher Education Excellence” badge, Makhfurat Amanova, gave advice to young people about their contribution to the development of science and the importance of an innovative approach. Addressing the students, the rector emphasized the importance of adhering to the rules of etiquette and working hard on themselves. It was emphasized that each student needs to work hard to master modern, new skills and become a leader in their field, and that they should regularly update their knowledge and skills based on the requirements of the modern world. The rector paid special attention to women's education and their role in society. It was noted that girls need to be responsible not only for receiving education, but also for showing themselves as active members of society, and that educated and qualified women play a decisive role in educating the future generation. Such meetings play an important role in the spiritual and professional development of young people.
