The effectiveness of the agro-industrial complex largely depends on the establishment of systematic relations and stable connections between agricultural market entities.
This, in turn, is clearly reflected in the rapid development of political, economic, social and international relations based on cooperation.
The Department of International Cooperation of Tashkent State Agrarian University performs important functions in deepening international integration and expanding cooperation in the fields of modern science and education.
This department is effectively working in the following main areas
- Advanced training of scientific and pedagogical personnel
- Study of foreign experiences, participation in international conferences, seminars, round tables and other types of scientific and practical events
- Creating contacts for advanced training of students and master’s students, participation in international events
- Cooperation with leading foreign universities and research centers to increase the international prestige of the university

About international cooperation programs
The university currently has more than 150 international partners, and their geography is wide: the USA, Russia, Japan, Germany, Korea, Turkey and other countries.
There are all conditions for foreign citizens, and students come from Afghanistan, Belarus, China, Africa, Asia and Europe.
The educational and scientific activities of the staff are carried out in countries such as England, the USA, South Korea, China.
The university participates in Erasmus+, NRF (Korea), Chungnam University and other projects. Foreign professors are also being attracted.
Activities of the International Cooperation Department in May 2025
- A memorandum of scientific and practical cooperation was signed between TSAU and the “GLOBAL TEXTILE” group of companies.
- A cooperation memorandum was signed between TSAU, Uzbekistan Leasing Association, and “Uzbek Leasing International A.O.” JSC.
- A memorandum of cooperation was signed between TSAU and South Korea’s INPRO Inc. for the “Smart Livestock” project.
- In cooperation with Xi’an Fanyi University (China), an international Chinese language teaching center was established, and a memorandum was signed.
- Negotiations are underway to deepen strategic cooperation between TSAU and Poland’s WSB University.
- Scientific cooperation on berry crops began between TSAU and Poland’s NIWA company, and a memorandum was signed.
