At Tashkent State Agrarian University, a roundtable discussion was held focusing on improving the quality of education in accordance with international standards, aligning the educational process with global benchmarks, and preparing the university for international accreditation. The event was attended by representatives of the National Pedagogical University of Uzbekistan named after Nizami, the Rector of Tashkent State Agrarian University N. Oblomuradov, as well as the university’s faculty members, master’s students, and doctoral candidates. During the roundtable discussion, Professor Q. Safarov of the National Pedagogical University of Uzbekistan named after Nizami delivered a presentation, providing comprehensive information on the processes, essence, and significance of international accreditation for higher education institutions.
In addition, detailed explanations were given on the development of student enrollment, mechanisms for assessing educational quality, and the procedures implemented within the framework of the international ASIN evaluation program. As emphasized, international accreditation is a key factor in enhancing the international reputation and competitiveness of higher education institutions and in aligning educational programs with global standards
