The Academic Lyceum specializes in training specialists according to intermediate vocational education programs that correspond to Level 3 of the National Qualification Framework. It provides secondary special education in accordance with state education standards, offering in-depth teaching in educational fields based on students’ interests and talents, directing students towards higher education goals, ensuring rapid intellectual development, as well as providing specialized training that does not require intensive preparation. It is a state educational institution that carries out educational-pedagogical, scientific-methodological, and other activities in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Tashkent State Agrarian University Academic Lyceum was established in 2000 and is located in a four-story building designed for 600 students. The student dormitory has a capacity of 180 places. The Academic Lyceum employs 68 staff members, with 29 teachers in core positions. Of these, 93% hold academic ranks. Specifically, there is 1 Candidate of Sciences, 15  Head Teachers, 6 Leading Teachers, 6 Senior Teachers, and 1 Teacher with higher education qualification.

The Academic Lyceum offers 5 educational directions: Exact Sciences-1 (Economics), Exact Sciences-2 (Technical Sciences), Natural Sciences-1, Social-Humanitarian Sciences-1 (Uzbek Philology), and Social-Humanitarian Sciences-5 (Jurisprudence). A total of 322 students (154 of whom are girls) are currently studying.
