Oblomuradov Narzullo Naimovich

He graduated from the University of world economy and diplomacy in 1996 and from the University of Birmingham (UK) in 2000. Specialty economist. Doctor of economics, professor.

During his labor career, he served in responsible positions in the higher education system, in the banking and financial sphere, and in the system of state governing bodies.
In the process of reforms in the new Uzbekistan, it is actively involved in the implementation of priorities and state programs related to the development of regions, socio-economic development, ecology and Environmental Protection, agricultural development and food security, training highly qualified personnel and the development of science.

Oblomuradov Narzullo Naimovich served in responsible positions in the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan from 2017 to 2020.

In 2020/2021 he served as first deputy chairman of the State Committee for Ecology and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in 2021/2022 as chairman of the State Committee for Ecology and Environmental Protection. In 2021/2022 he served as chairman of the Ecological Party of Uzbekistan.

He served as Deputy Minister of Natural Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2023, vice-rector for Scientific Affairs and innovation of the Tashkent Financial Institute in 2023/2024, vice-rector for educational affairs of Tashkent State Agrarian University in 2024.

In accordance with the relevant order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, N.N. Oblomuradov has been appointed rector of Tashkent State Agrarian University since November 2024.

N.N. Oblomuradov was awarded the Medal “for loyal services” by the decree of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 29, 2019, as well as the commemorative badges “25 years to the Constitution of Uzbekistan”, “30 years to the independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan” and “30 years to the Constitution of Uzbekistan”.
