Oblomuradov Narzullo Naimovich

University rector

Narzullo Oblomuradov studied at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy from 1993 to 1996. He began his career in 1996–1998 as an audit assistant at Deloitte & Touche.

From 1998 to 2000, he worked at the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan as Deputy Head of the Control and Audit Department – Head of Division, and later as Head of the Financial and Economic Analysis and Audit Methodology Division of the Main Directorate of Internal Audit.

Between 2000 and 2003, he held various positions within the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including Head of Department, Deputy Director of a center, and Head of a research institute group.

From 2005 to 2007, he served as General Director of the “Information-Rating” interbank rating company under the Association of Banks of Uzbekistan. In 2007–2008, he led the Expert Analysis Center at the “Toshkent” Republican Stock Exchange.

Between 2008 and 2013, he worked at the Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry as Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor, and Head of the “Accounting and Auditing” Department. From 2011 to 2013, he also headed the “Uzbekistan Business Forum” project.

From 2013 to 2015, he was Head of the “Bank Accounting and Auditing” Department at the Tashkent Financial Institute. Between 2015 and 2017, he served as Dean of the “Budget Accounting and State Funds” faculty, which later became the “Credit-Economy” faculty.

In 2017–2018, he worked as Chief Inspector and Department Head at the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan. From 2018 to 2020, he led the Department for Monitoring and Coordination of the Public Reception Offices under the Presidential Administration.

In 2020–2021, he served as First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Ecology and Environmental Protection. In 2021–2022, he simultaneously held the positions of Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Central Council of the Ecological Party of Uzbekistan and Chairman of the State Committee for Ecology and Environmental Protection.

From 2022 to 2023, he was Deputy Minister of Natural Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 2023–2024, he served as Vice-Rector for Scientific Research and Innovation at the Tashkent Financial Institute, and in 2024, as Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at the Tashkent State Agrarian University. Since 2024, he has been serving as Rector of the Tashkent State Agrarian University.
