Scientific Activity

Tashkent State Agrarian University is a leading scientific institution in Uzbekistan operating at the crossroads of agricultural science, education, and innovation. Sustainable food systems, green technologies, and advanced agricultural solutions are developed at this university.

72% of the university’s faculty members hold academic degrees. In 2024, over 3,100 articles were published by them, including 367 indexed in the Scopus database. The number of Doctors of Science (DSc) and PhDs has exceeded 470.

In recent years, the university has obtained more than 90 patents and over 55 software certificates. These are aimed at developing modern horticulture, agri-biotechnologies, and resource-efficient agrotechnologies.

TSAU collaborates with prestigious universities in nearly 30 countries. More than 120 faculty members have undertaken training and participated in international projects in countries such as Germany, the USA, Japan, Turkey, Korea, China, and others.
