Under the leadership of the Rector of Tashkent State Agrarian University, Narzullo Oblomuradov, experienced professors and teachers of our university took part in the event, sharing theoretical knowledge and practical skills with mechanizer-operators, farmers, cluster representatives, and local administration officials. Over two days of theoretical sessions, about 100 mechanizer-operators and local government representatives participated. On the third day, in field conditions, practical training was conducted for more than 300 farmers and specialists. During the practical sessions, modern cotton-picking machines from foreign manufacturers were demonstrated. Our professors and teachers explained the principles of their operation, effective management, and technical maintenance in scientific detail. At the conclusion of the seminar, special methodological manuals were developed and distributed to all districts of the Bukhara region. These materials naturally serve as an important supporting resource for mechanizers and farmers. Furthermore, during the event, the rector and his team inspected rice and cotton fields in the Bukhara region, became closely acquainted with the work of farmers, and provided recommendations for increasing yields.
Such scientific-practical field seminars play a very significant role in preparing cotton fields for high-quality harvesting, effectively utilizing modern machinery, and improving the skills of mechanizers.
