Practical studies on the implementation of the “New Agronomist” system were conducted by representatives of Tashkent State Agrarian University

A working group led by M. Djiyanov, Dean of the Faculty of Agroengineering and Agrotechnologies of Tashkent State Agrarian University, carried out practical studies on the implementation of the “New Agronomist” system at farming and cluster enterprises operating in the Urta Chirchiq district.
During the practical visit, the activities carried out within the framework of this system were thoroughly analyzed, and approaches aimed at assigning young specialists to farming enterprises, integrating their theoretical knowledge with practical experience, and enhancing their professional skills and competencies were assessed. In addition, university scientists and specialists provided farmers with scientific and practical recommendations and held open and constructive discussions on existing local challenges and effective solutions. As a result of the studies, it was concluded that there are opportunities to assign more than 10 students within the framework of the “New Agronomist” system to the dedicated mentor cluster and farming enterprises “Madonis Diamond,” “Turon,” and “Istiqlol” in the Urta Chirchiq district.
