As part of his official visit to the United States, the Rector of Tashkent State Agrarian University, N. Oblomuradov, held a meeting with representatives of the University of Arizona. During the talks, the parties discussed expanding mutual cooperation between the two higher education institutions, enhancing scientific capacity, and further improving the quality of education. In particular, the meeting focused on launching a joint academic program, introducing advanced international practices into the educational process, and establishing faculty and student exchange opportunities.
The sides also discussed prospects for implementing joint research projects in the agricultural sector, developing joint grants, and promoting innovative initiatives.
The parties agreed to begin developing joint academic programs in the near future and to gradually expand practical cooperation.
