Students of groups 23-38 and 23-39 majoring in 60811300 – Agricultural Products Storage and Processing Technology at the Faculty of Storage and Processing of Agricultural Products participated in a field lesson under the guidance of Associate Professor N.A. Nematov in the subject “Technology of Storage and Processing of Livestock Products.” During the lecture session held at PROMEAT GROUP CORP LLC, students became acquainted with modern meat processing technologies and the production process of high-quality sausage products.
