At Tashkent State Agrarian University, an important stage of the 2025 admission process — entrance exams for foundational PhD and doctoral programs — is proceeding steadily.
Currently, exams are being conducted in the following scientific specialties:
03.00.13 – Soil Science
06.01.09 – Plant Protection
06.03.01 – Forest Crops, Breeding, Seed Production, and Afforestation
06.03.03 – Introduction of Medicinal Plants
08.00.13 – Management
08.00.04 – Agricultural Economics
The university rector, N. Oblomuradov, met with the candidates and wished them success.
In his speech, he emphasized that the exams are conducted fully openly and transparently, providing equal opportunities for all candidates. The rector also noted that this year the number of candidates for foundational PhD and doctoral programs has increased significantly compared to last year, indicating growing interest in scientific research.
For reference, more than 100 candidates have applied in 30 specialties for foundational PhD and doctoral programs.
