The event was opened with a welcoming speech by the First Vice-Rector of Tashkent State Agrarian University, J. Lapasov. The event was attended by M. Ahmedova, a member of the Committee on Agrarian and Water Management Issues of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan; Professor S. Kholboyev, Doctor of Law and Head of the Department of “Economic-Legal Sciences” at the Academy of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan; and Associate Professor X. Isanov of the “Law” Department of Tashkent State Agrarian University. They delivered lectures on the topic “The Judicial-Legal System as the Basis of Constitutional Reforms of the Republic of Uzbekistan.”
During the event, the “Bostan” song and dance ensemble presented artistic performances such as “O‘g‘lonlar” and “Vatan,” providing the audience with an uplifting mood
