The meeting was organized on the initiative of Professor Sh.R. Umarov. Former graduates who completed the Sericulture Faculty in 1984—today’s fathers and mothers—had a warm conversation with students and the department staff. They shared their memories, lessons on passion for their profession, and fondly remembered teachers who once worked actively in the department and are no longer with us.
The event left a strong impression on the students, and guests visiting from various regions of the country felt as if they had returned to their student days once again.
