A meeting was held at Tashkent State Agrarian University with a delegation led by Mr. Seyed Komail Tayebi, Chairman of the Economic Cooperation Organization Science Foundation (ECOSF).

The event was attended by the Rector of the University N. Oblomuradov, ECOSF President, Professor Seyed Komail Tayebi, Executive Director Dr. Ghulam Muhammad Memon, and Program Manager Mr. Khalil Raza. During the meeting, the parties extensively discussed the development of scientific cooperation between Tashkent State Agrarian University and ECOSF, the creation of scientific alliances, and the support of innovation. In particular, agreements were reached on financing joint scientific projects, implementing research outcomes into practice, introducing high-tech and innovative solutions into economic sectors, training young scientists and researchers, organizing professional development programs, scientific exchanges, as well as establishing scholarships and grants. This cooperation is significant in that it is aimed at ensuring sustainable economic development and regional prosperity among the 10 member states of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO). The main mission of ECOSF is to strengthen cooperation in the fields of scientific research, innovation, and knowledge exchange, as well as to support scientific solutions that contribute to sustainable economic growth. At the conclusion of the meeting, important agreements were reached to encourage scientific research in priority areas such as climate change, ecology, food security, energy, digital economy, and other key fields.
At the end of the event, Rector of Tashkent State Agrarian University N. Oblomuradov emphasized that this cooperation would play an important role in further enhancing the university’s scientific potential, expanding international scientific relations, and creating new opportunities for young researchers. Following the official meeting, the guests visited the “Art Gallery” exhibition, featuring creative works by talented students of the university. The artworks made a strong impression on the guests, who highly appreciated the talent and creative potential of the young artists.
