Today, the Rector of Tashkent State Agrarian University, N. Oblomuradov, held a meeting with Sherzod Umarov, Head of the FAO Representation in Uzbekistan. Relevant specialists from both organizations also took part in the meeting. During the discussions, the parties addressed issues related to updating and enriching scientific literature and textbooks in the field of agriculture.
In particular, important agreements were reached on developing modern textbooks and учебные manuals in the areas of fruit and vegetable production, horticulture, plant protection, and agronomy, as well as on forming a modern scientific foundation for these publications.
