A seminar on food safety was held at Tashkent State Agrarian University

The event was dedicated to discussing the draft sanitary rules and hygiene standards (SanQvaN) for food products of animal origin. The seminar was attended by specialists from competent state authorities, scientists, entrepreneurs, and international expert Cornelis Sonneveld. It was organized within the framework of the ASK Facility program, funded by the European Union. The discussions focused on the safety of dairy, meat, fish, and egg products, as well as the implementation of GHP, GMP, and HACCP systems.

The document in question was developed in accordance with Codex Alimentarius and EU standards. At the end of the seminar, it was planned to improve the SanQvaN draft based on the proposals presented.
