In particular, at the invitation of Valagro S.p.A., located in the city of Atessa, Italian Republic, Saidov Istam Rustamovich, Associate Professor of the Department of Plant Protection and Quarantine of Tashkent State Agrarian University, is taking part in international cooperation activities. Valagro S.p.A. operates in more than 100 countries worldwide and is considered one of the leading agro-companies in the field of organic fertilizers and biostimulant production. At the same time, faculty members of the Department of Plant Protection and Quarantine of the Faculty of Plant Protection, Agrochemistry and Soil Science — O.T. Usvaliyev and S.I. Ubaydullayev — participated in a scientific and practical seminar entitled “Development of Agriculture in Central Asia”, organized by Chemical Solutions LLC in the Arab Republic of Egypt from January 11 to 18 of the current year. During the seminar, participants exchanged opinions and experiences with foreign specialists. In addition, products and microbiological fertilizers manufactured by Chemical Solutions, Syngenta Biologicals, and Valagro were practically tested on green plants in the region where the seminar was held.
These events contribute to enhancing the international reputation of Tashkent State Agrarian University, studying modern agrotechnologies, and further strengthening international scientific and practical cooperation.
