Raspberry — a source of winter health and energy!

view 230

Raspberry (Rubus idaeus) has long been valued as a natural remedy. It strengthens immunity during the cold season, has anti-inflammatory effects, and invigorates the body. Raspberry fruits are used as medicinal raw materials, and are also widely applied in tea, infusions, desserts, and preserves. Raspberry fruits help the body resist the cold, reduce symptoms of colds and fever, support cardiovascular health, and increase overall energy. Additionally, the antioxidants in raspberries improve skin health, slow down the aging process, and boost mood. They can be consumed in tea, eaten fresh or dried, used to make infusions, or added to desserts. In pharmaceuticals, raspberry extract, syrup, and dried fruits are widely used. Moderate consumption of raspberries is beneficial, but caution is advised for some allergic conditions. Moreover, during the winter, hot tea or infusions made with raspberries not only support the body but also provide a warm and mood-lifting comfort.
