In particular, within the framework of this initiative, open meetings were held with graduating students under the leadership of Deputy Governor of Tashkent region Otabek Sultanbekov, with the participation of deputy governors from 22 districts and cities of the region. The primary objective of these meetings was to promote youth employment, facilitate their job placement in accordance with their field of study, and familiarize them with available vacancies across the districts. During the dialogues organized by each faculty, heads of enterprises and organizations engaged in direct discussions with graduating students. Young specialists received comprehensive answers to their questions, while labor market demand and supply, employment conditions, and prospects for future cooperation were thoroughly discussed. Particular emphasis was placed on the demand for qualified personnel in the agrarian sector, the conditions being created for young professionals at modern agricultural enterprises, and the mechanisms for supporting entrepreneurial initiatives.
Tashkent State Agrarian University will continue to consistently implement targeted and systematic measures to ensure достой employment opportunities for young people and to support their successful professional integration into the agrarian sector.
