In accordance with the instructions of the Head of State, women who demonstrate activity and initiative in the life of society and the state, ensure family stability and prosperity through their effective work, and exemplarily promote national values are awarded the "Moʻtabar ayol" badge of honor annually on the eve of March 8 — International Women's Day.
