view 101

A new era of unprecedented reforms is underway at the Tashkent State Agricultural University. A clear example of these changes is the opening ceremony of the "Inno Vet Clinic" at the Faculty of Zooengineering, designed to elevate veterinary services to a modern standard. The opening ceremony was attended by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture J. Abduzukhurov, the Rector of Tashkent State Agricultural University N. Oblomuradov, industry experts, students, and media representatives. The launch of this modern clinic marks a significant step toward developing evidence-based practical services in veterinary medicine and enhancing quality and efficiency within the livestock sector. This project was established in accordance with the priority tasks set by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, during a video conference dedicated to Agriculture Workers' Day, as well as Presidential Resolution No. PP-307 dated July 6, 2022. The clinic offers nearly 20 types of modern veterinary services, including animal disease diagnosis and treatment, ultrasound, X-ray and laboratory diagnostics, surgical procedures, inpatient care, grooming, and temporary boarding (pet house). Additionally, stationary and mobile veterinary services have been established for local farmers and the general public. Currently, the treatment of small ruminants has already commenced at the facility. The clinic's activities aim not only to expand veterinary services but also to integrate the educational process with practical application. Approximately 300 students specializing in veterinary medicine will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with modern services and strengthen their practical skills. During the event, information was provided regarding 18 types of practical services and research initiatives in the fields of animal husbandry, fisheries, beekeeping, and rice cultivation. Furthermore, the activities of a laboratory specialized in the study of meat and dairy products were highlighted, showcasing processes such as blood composition analysis and various diagnostic tests.

In addition, the faculty operates a laboratory dedicated to the cultivation and scientific study of silkworms. Discussions were held regarding international cooperation projects, complemented by an exhibition of national silk fabrics. The launch of "Inno Vet Clinic" holds great importance for the advancement of scientific research, improving the quality of veterinary care, and the widespread implementation of innovative approaches in the agricultural sector.
