A strategic meeting aimed at promoting agricultural products to global markets and improving export competencies among sector specialists was held at Tashkent State Agrarian University.
The meeting was attended by the Rector of the university, Narzullo Oblomuradov, and international expert Suvra Chakraborty. During the discussion, the parties agreed to launch a specialized training course titled “Export of Agricultural Products and Access to International Markets” designed for young professionals in Uzbekistan.
Key Areas of the Course:
Access to global markets and institutional foundations of international trade;
Export market analysis and product adaptation to international standards;
Drafting international contracts and conducting professional negotiations;
Logistics, customs procedures, and certification;
Export risk management and modern trade instruments.
The main objective of the course is to develop systematic knowledge and practical skills in agro-export among students and industry specialists, thereby expanding the export geography of the country.
The parties reached an agreement to introduce this training course at Tashkent State Agrarian University starting from March.
This initiative will become an important step toward aligning national agricultural products with international standards and strengthening their position in global markets.
