May 9 – the Day of Memory and Honor is a glorious occasion that encourages all of us to value today’s peaceful and prosperous life and to work with even greater dedication for the development of our Motherland. This day is a time to draw strength and inspiration from the courage of those dear people who sacrificed their lives for their nation and people.
This year as well, in accordance with the decisions adopted by the President to widely celebrate this important date, large-scale spiritual and educational events and ceremonies reflecting the highest ideals of humanity were held throughout the Tashkent region under the slogan “Duty, Courage, Perseverance!”
On the occasion of the Day of Memory and Honor, the team of Tashkent State Agrarian University, together with the public of Tashkent region led by regional governor Zoyir Mirzayev, laid wreaths at the “Anthem of Courage” memorial complex in Nurafshon city, expressing deep respect and gratitude to the memory of our beloved ancestors.
The memory of our ancestors will always live on, and the bravery of heroes will forever remain an example for future generations. May peace and tranquility always prevail in our Motherland!
