Tashkent State Agrarian University hosted a “Leaders Meet Youth” event dedicated to promoting youth employment, helping graduates secure suitable jobs, supporting student initiatives, and encouraging young people to engage in entrepreneurship. The meeting was attended by Professor Narzullo Oblomuradov, Rector of Tashkent State Agrarian University; Bunyod Karimqilov and Ag‘zamjon Murodov, representatives of the Tashkent Regional Main Directorate of JSC “National Bank of Uzbekistan”; Muslimbek Safarov, manager of the bank’s “Kelajakka qadam” (“Step into the Future”) Center; and university students.
During the discussion, particular attention was paid to youth employment, strengthening cooperation between higher education institutions and financial organizations to improve graduate employment opportunities, and supporting promising projects proposed by students. Participants also shared their views and suggestions on helping students start their own businesses, implement business projects, improve their financial literacy, and make effective use of available opportunities. Bank representatives provided information about the opportunities available to young people to engage in entrepreneurship and turn their initiatives into reality.
