Within the framework of the "Kelajak tadbirkori – 2026" fair at Tashkent State Agrarian University, a meeting was held with the participation of students and representatives of employer organizations. It was attended by representatives of the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochelogical Research, the state institution "Soil Analysis Center", the state scientific and design institute "Uzdavyerloyiha", and the Republican Agrochelogical Analysis Center. During the dialogue, issues of developing the integration of education, science, and production, improving the dual education system, effectively organizing student internships, and training specialists with modern knowledge and practical skills for the agricultural sector were discussed. Additionally, students directly communicated with employers and received answers to their questions of interest regarding professional activities, internship opportunities, requirements for specialists, and future employment prospects.
