Narzullo Oblomuradov, Rector of Tashkent State Agrarian University (TSAU), met with experts Zhang Chunmei and Yang Wenge, who were invited from Xinjiang Agricultural University of the People’s Republic of China. The meeting focused on expanding cooperation between the two higher education institutions in education, science, research, and academic exchange. Particular attention was given to establishing Chinese language courses at TSAU, developing curricula and teaching materials for students, implementing joint research projects, participating in international grant programs, and promoting exchanges of faculty members and students. An agreement was also reached to establish a Center for Cooperation in Agricultural Education and Chinese Language at the university and to organize its operations. The parties identified promising areas for future cooperation, including organizing international Chinese language certification examinations, encouraging students to participate in China’s educational and scholarship programs, arranging research internships, and strengthening the exchange of educational and scientific resources between the two universities.
