Within the framework of the meeting, Shelkovo Agrohim Uzbekistan, a company that integrates innovative solutions and a scientific approach into agricultural practice, held a meeting at the Faculty of Plant Protection, Soil Science and Agrochemistry of Tashkent State Agrarian University. As part of the visit, the company’s Commercial Director, Irina Grigorevna Kalinina, PhD in Biological Sciences, took part and delivered a lecture on the importance of integrating science and practice in the implementation of modern agrotechnologies, plant protection, and increasing soil fertility. It was also emphasized that supporting young specialists is one of the company’s priority areas. During the meeting, proposals were presented regarding the employment of graduating master’s students and fourth-year students, as well as the organization of practical training and industrial internships.
These initiatives aim to strengthen students’ theoretical knowledge through practice and to support their future sustainable professional development.
