Asqarova — a member of the Writers' Union of Uzbekistan, laureate of the Zulfiya State Prize and recipient of the “Shuhrat” medal, as well as a devoted student of Halima Khudoyberdiyeva; D. Shomalikova — Editor-in-Chief of “G‘uncha” magazine and also a recipient of the “Shuhrat” medal; D. Azimova — a labor veteran and writer inspired by the life and teachings of the poet; and N. Khudoyberdiyeva — a lecturer at the Faculty of Forestry and Landscape Design, as well as the poet’s close relative (niece). Professors and female students also took part in the event.
During the meeting, participants exchanged views on the rich creative legacy of Halima Khudoyberdiyeva, her place in Uzbek literature, and her exemplary life path. The event was held in a warm and sincere atmosphere, featuring open dialogue and Q&A sessions.
Students also recited poems from the poet’s works expressively, which added a special spirit and meaning to the meeting.
This creative gathering played an important role in strengthening young people’s interest in literature, promoting national values, and continuing the traditions of mentorship.
