The meeting was jointly attended by G. Shodmonova, Advisor to the Rector on Women’s Issues, G. Sultanova, Advisor to the Dean on Women’s Issues of the faculty, and N. Ashurova, the dormitory tutor. During the discussion, the rights and interests of female students, their active participation in the educational process, their role in society and social life, as well as current issues of concern to them, were discussed in detail. The opinions and feedback of the female students were carefully listened to, with special attention given to supporting them and finding practical solutions to existing problems.
Such meetings contribute to the development of female students as knowledgeable, active, and independent individuals, and further strengthen their self-confidence.
