Currently, the delegation of Tashkent State Agrarian University, on a working visit to the People’s Republic of China, led by the Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs and Innovations Komolitdin Sultonov, held a meeting with the President of Dalian Ocean University Du Ming.
During the meeting, an important agreement was reached aimed at elevating educational and scientific cooperation between the two higher education institutions to a new level. The parties signed a memorandum of cooperation to launch joint educational programs in the field of “Water Bioresources and Aquaculture.”
According to the memorandum, joint educational programs are planned under the 2+1 model at the bachelor’s level and the 1+1 model at the master’s level. These programs will provide students with the opportunity to study according to international standards, benefit from academic mobility opportunities, and effectively use the educational resources of both universities.
Within the framework of the cooperation, expansion of faculty and student exchange, joint scientific research, international projects, and the training of qualified specialists in aquaculture and water bioresources is envisaged.
