Tashkent State Agrarian University organized a seminar focused on Japan’s education system, labor market, and opportunities to learn the Japanese language. The event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, Transformation, and Strategic Development of Tashkent State Agrarian University A. Abduvasikov, representatives of the JICA GROW Project, specialists from the Uzbekistan–Japan Center (UJC), and university students.
During the seminar, detailed information was provided about the activities of the GROW Project, types of residence statuses (visas) in Japan, and educational and employment opportunities in the country. Preparations for the upcoming job fair planned for November were also discussed. During the event, Mr. Sugaya delivered a comprehensive presentation on Japanese culture, the specific features of its working environment, and the advantages of the Japanese education system. UJC representatives introduced the activities of their center and conducted a trial Japanese language lesson based on the “Irodori” program.
