A working session on “Common Challenges in the Dairy Chain and Proposed Measures” was organized at the Ministry of Agriculture. The event was held in cooperation with the Sanitary-Epidemiological Wellbeing and Public Health Committee under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the ASK Facility at the European Union. International experts in dairy production — Mr. Cornelis Sonneveld and Mr. Dirk Harting — presented the results of their analysis and provided practical recommendations on improving sanitary, hygienic, and technological processes.
The event was attended by representatives of the committee and the ministry, food safety specialists, representatives of dairy production enterprises, as well as international organizations and experts. During the session, pressing issues in the sector were discussed, with proposals put forward to develop financial, technological, and hygienic solutions, and to introduce advanced international practices into national application.
