A literary and artistic meeting was held at Tashkent State Agrarian University with Akmal Nur, People’s Artist of Uzbekistan, academician, Chairman of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan, renowned master of painting, art historian, and public figure.

The meeting was organized under the leadership of the university’s Rector, Professor N. Oblomuradov, and was attended by faculty members, creative students, and young people interested in art.
During the event, the guest became closely acquainted with the educational, research, and innovative activities of Tashkent State Agrarian University. In particular, he was introduced to the Art Gallery operating on campus, the “Renaissance” lecture halls, and the new academic building constructed according to modern standards.
During the literary and artistic meeting, Akmal Nur shared his views on the role of art in societal development and on educating the younger generation in the spirit of aesthetic taste, national, and universal values. He particularly emphasized that the idea of integrating agriculture and art is extremely complex yet strategically important, and he highly appreciated the consistent efforts of the Tashkent State Agrarian University team in this direction. At the end of the meeting, the distinguished artist invited the university students to visit his personal gallery and expressed his readiness to continue creative dialogue with young people.
