At Tashkent State Agrarian University, an extended preventive meeting was held under the leadership of the First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Educational Work J. Lapasov, the Rector’s Advisor O. Navruzov, and the Vice-Rector for Financial and Economic Affairs D. Mamadiyorov. The meeting was attended by deputy deans, the administration and heads of student dormitories, educator-pedagogues, tutors, the head of the хозяйственный (maintenance) department, a prevention inspector, members of the Women’s Advisory Council, the head of the “Registrar” Student Services Department, the University Youth Leader, as well as faculty leaders. During the meeting, which was held in a critical spirit, a number of strict tasks were set to ensure the university campus remains free from crime, to ensure compliance with night regulations, and to guarantee student safety.
Based on the issues discussed, all responsible staff members were given strict instructions to increase personal responsibility and to ensure the unconditional implementation of the established measures.
