The conference was opened by K. Sultonov, Vice-Rector for Scientific Research and Innovation of Tashkent State Agrarian University. Scientists, specialists, and practicing researchers from Uzbekistan and abroad participated in the event, discussing advanced technologies, storage systems, and innovative solutions in the processing of agricultural products. The conference was attended by T. Atakulov, Head of the Department of Science, Innovation, and Education Development of the Ministry of Agriculture, B. Umirshayxov, Chairman of the Uzbekistan Food Industry Association, A. Azizov, Deputy Director of the Scientific Research Institute of Horticulture, Viticulture, and Winemaking named after Academician M. M. Mirzaev, and others.
In addition, scientific presentations were delivered on topics such as “Prospective Plans in Higher Education for the Field of Storage and Processing of Agricultural Products,” “The Role of Storage and Processing of Agricultural Products in the Food Industry,” and “Prospects for Growing Intensive Seedlings Based on Innovative Technologies in Our Republic.”
