The bulb and young leaves of Anzur onion strengthen the immune system, help treat colds, positively affect the respiratory system, heal skin diseases, and are used to fight parasites. The plant contains mainly saponins, proteins, vitamins, and macro- and microelements. (Per 100 g of dried plant mass: Flavonoids – 2.8 mg/g, Saponins – 1.5 mg/g, Allicin – 0.6 mg/g, Vitamin C – 12.4 mg/100g) Scientific Name: Allium stipitatum Regel Common Names: Anzur onion, Onzur Raw Materials: Seeds and onion bulbs (Seeds and Onion Heads) Healing Properties: Treats cardiovascular diseases Regulates digestive system disorders Effective against colds and parasitic infections Boosts the immune system Fights bacteria effectively Has tumor-suppressing properties Acts as an anti-inflammatory and immunostimulant Exhibits strong antimicrobial effects How to Use: Bulbs are consumed as food Processed bulbs can be eaten Used as a spice in dishes (soups, cheese, meat dishes)
