Arts Palace and Event Organization Sector

The Arts Palace and Event Organization Sector was established in accordance with the Rector’s Order No. 1-9-6/60 dated April 3, 2025, titled “On Approving the Updated Organizational Structure of Tashkent State Agrarian University.” Its purpose is to educate university students in the spirit of loyalty to national and universal values, expand their spiritual, aesthetic, and moral worldview, protect their thinking from the influence of foreign ideas, and cultivate truly devoted and patriotic individuals of independent Uzbekistan, as well as to organize spiritual and educational events at the university at a high level. The sector is a structural unit of the university.

The sector is located on the second floor of the university’s main building. The Culture Palace of the sector has a total of 503 seats arranged in 19 rows, a large LED screen, modern audio systems, and sound amplification devices.

The sector’s management staff consists of two positions: a head and a technical engineer.

The main tasks of the sector are:
• Assisting professors, students, and staff in thoroughly studying the cultural heritage of our republic and the world, fostering love for the people, the homeland, and the nation, enhancing their spiritual and cultural knowledge, and increasing their interest in national values, art, and music;
• Developing theater, art, and music among students within the framework of five initiatives;
• Engaging students in spiritual and educational events, organizing creative evenings, concerts, exhibitions, performances, and screenings of artistic films in the halls of the Culture Palace as per established procedures;
• Providing practical assistance in organizing international conferences and symposiums in collaboration with university public organizations and faculties, supplying the necessary equipment;
• Conducting entertainment events related to university life, creating conditions for students to have enjoyable leisure time outside of academic activities, and involving students in various amateur clubs.
